    Student Handbook
Our EHMS Student Handbook is full of great information for both students and parents, including our Attendance Policy, Behavior Expectations, Bell Schedules, and our policies on Cell Phones, Dress Code, Lockers, and Technology & Internet use.

    Bus Information
Bus schedules can be picked up at the school. Contact the Transportation Department at 435-645-5660 with specific questions about bus routes and schedules. See the Transportation website for Bus Procedures, the Rider’s Code of Conduct, Space Available Students, and more.

    School Lunch and Breakfast
Menus are available online. See the district Breakfast and Lunch Fees page for meal prices. Lunch fees can be paid two ways: take your money directly to the lunch windows or pay online via PayPAMS. Free or reduced price meals are available for those who qualify.  Applications for Free and Reduced price lunches are available on the district website or see Jennifer Ivers in the front office for information.

    Medical Concerns
See the School Nurse page for our School Medications Policy, Asthma Self-Administration Form, Epinephrine Administration Form, and Health Care Plans. Please note that many of these medical forms require a physician’s signature. If you have questions, please contact our school nurse, Anne Alexander.

    Student Laptops
Student laptops are the property of the Park City School District. There is no expectation of privacy–laptops can be searched by district personnel at any time, for any reason. Computer activity is filtered and monitored at all times, including but not limited to, internet searches, games activity, email messages, and chat sessions. Address questions to the Tech Center.

    PowerSchool
PowerSchool is our internet-based student information system that gives students and parents access to grades, attendance, progress reports, and teacher email addresses. Students get their username/password when they pick up their laptop. Parents get their login in the mail a week after school starts. Parents have privileges that are not available to students, so please don’t share parent logins with students.

    Canvas
Canvas is our internet-based learning management system that gives students and parents access to class information, including assignments, messaging, online resources, and learning tools. Access Canvas from the Ecker Hill website. Students get their username/password when they pick up their laptop. Parents get their login in the mail a week after school starts. Parent accounts have observer-only access.

    School Safety
All visitors must enter the school through the front doors and proceed directly to the Main Office or the Attendance Office. Visitors will be asked to sign a Visitor’s Log and a Visitor Badge will be required. Un-badged persons will be stopped and questioned. TMJH does not allow student shadowing. The Park City School District takes School Safety seriously.
