Welcome to kindergarten! My name is Mrs. Borba and I am so excited that you are going to be in my class this year! You are going to love kindergarten! In kindergarten, we work hard while having fun. We practice good manners and always try our best. We will read stories, sing songs, write lots, learn math games, do art, have computer time, learn new things in science and social studies, play games, and more.

Due to the many unknowns related to COVID, our day will look different this year.  I will do my best to keep you updated with new information. We will need to practice social distancing, mask-wearing, and handwashing/sanitizing throughout our day. If we are to go into school closure, we will use Seesaw on the iPads for assignments. I will also be posting videos and other information to help teach your kindergartener.  Information is sorted in the tabs above.  For example, each book I video myself reading will be in the “Read Alouds” tab.  Thank you for being willing to continue your child’s learning during this time!
